Architectural Drawing and Design Service

We are a Devon based company, established over 30 years, that provides an architectural drawing and design service, including building plans and structural engineering for the public, builders and commercial clients. We are happy to work on extensions, alterations, loft conversions and new buildings. Our aim is to provide you with a reasonably priced but quality service where you will be happy to recommend us to family and friends. We pride ourselves on obtaining a large amount of our work as repeat business through builders and personal recommendations.
Our initial site meeting and consultation is free so please contact us for advice. We cover all areas of the South West and South East; from Devon into London. We are happy to arrange a time to visit you at home, office or place of business to discuss your requirements. We will provide whatever level of service you require so that your costs are contained and as we quote a fixed price, our fees are not based on a percentage of your building costs (your taps may be in gold but our fees are not!).

We can arrange a land survey if required, offer advice if a soils survey or contamination report is needed and supply structural calculations as part of the inclusive package.

We are happy if you wish to design your own extension, house or new shop etc; we can take your ideas and transfer them to drawings that can be used for planning application, building regulation approval (we submit the applications and deal with any queries) and for use by the builder. We tailor our service to suit your individual architectural requirements.
